In recent years, there has been a lot of speculation about the creation of humans. While beliefs range from divine intervention to alien intervention, one popular theory suggests that humans were created by the Annunaki, an ancient Sumerian race. Though there is still much to learn about this theory, there may be positive benefits if it is in fact true.

The Sumerians described the Annunaki as advanced extra-terrestrials with incredibly powerful technology and wisdom, and they have been referenced in ancient written records thought to date as far back as 3500 B.C., when the earliest Sumerian cities were formed.

The creation of humans has been attributed to the Annunaki in a tablet known as the Mesopotamian Creation Epic. It tells the story of a group of gods from the heavens coming to Earth for the purpose of creating humans to work as slaves. While this may not seem like a positive concept, some historians and researchers suggest that having the Annunaki create humans may have in fact been a blessing for mankind.

Because the Annunaki were a highly advanced race, they were able to give us technology, knowledge, and advancements in medicine and engineering, which helped to revolutionize human history. This was especially true later in Sumerian culture. The Sumerians built some of the earliest cities, as well as irrigation and drainage systems, used cuneiform writing, developed astronomy and mathematics, and much more. This technology would take humans much longer to understand and perfect on our own without the help of the Annunaki.

Further, another potential benefit of the Annunaki’s influence could be seen in how they allegedly treated humans. According to some ancient records, the Annunaki’s rule was likely kind and just, with the majority of humans being treated fairly and without undue hardship. This is in contrast to other ancient races, such as the Babylonians or Egyptians, which did not have a good reputation in terms of human rights.

Although there is no concrete evidence to prove the existence of the Annunaki, and thus their possible involvement in humans’ development, it is possible to imagine the positive benefits that could have been derived from their influence. The advancements in technology, knowledge, and the potential for humane treatment of humans could have been invaluable to the course of human history. Ultimately, this possibility is worth considering when we look to our past and ultimately understand our place in the universe.
